Reclaiming the Wild Woman Within: A New Year’s Eve Awakening
As the year closed, I embarked on a transformative journey with the incredible Annabel DuBoualy through her 22-day immersion program, the Rose Moon Epiphany. I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but my intuition led me to this path. And I’m so glad it did. This program, rooted in the wisdom of the Rose Lineage, guided me through the sacred portal of the Winter Solstice, as we rebirthed our inner Sun King. Alongside this powerful process, we also navigated Venus Retrograde, initiating the Venus in Capricorn Meta-Goddess cycle.
In one profound shamanic journey, I received guidance from Mary Magdalene about my Wounded Healer self. It was a revelation that unlocked long-buried memories, showing me two pivotal traumas stored deep within my subconscious.
The first was an ancient memory of watching Yeshua on the cross. The second was a memory from another life—one in which I was a High Priestess of Inanna in ancient Babylon, stripped of my sacred sexual feminine power and forced into a patriarchal marriage that confined me to a domestic role. I had devolved into the archetype of the wounded princess, my identity and sense of worth wrapped in the expectations of a man for protection, safety, and power.
But Mary Magdalene, in her infinite wisdom, gently removed the cross from my energy field and replaced it with a symbol of rebirth—a 5-petaled orange rose, signifying a fresh start, a reawakening of power.
In that moment, I was met by five Queens—Cleopatra, Mary Magdalene, Isis, Persephone, and Medusa—each offering their unique and empowering wisdom:
Cleopatra said, “It’s time to take your throne.”
Mary Magdalene said, “It’s time to heal the Holy Grail within your heart and womb and reconnect with Sirius.”
Isis said, “It’s time to rebirth the temple of Isis within your soul.”
Persephone said, “It’s time to be wild, free, and in tantric union with yourself.”
Medusa said, “It’s time to reclaim your Atlantean royal heritage.”
These Queens are more than just figures from myth; they are powerful embodiments of sovereignty, wisdom, and strength. They represent the essence of the divine feminine rising—each of them guiding me toward deeper levels of self-empowerment and healing.
Awakening to the Wild Woman Within
On New Year’s Eve, I experienced a dream that spoke directly to this inner awakening. In it, a pack of wolves, strong and beautiful with wild white coats, sat atop a roof. They looked at me with fearless eyes—wild, free, unafraid. One of the wolves jumped on a friend, sitting gently on her without harm, a powerful reminder of the protective and nurturing energy that the wild brings.
Then, a woman in a red cape entered the scene. When she pulled off her hood, I saw her clearly—it was Olga Meos, my dance teacher for 2022. Olga is fierce, unapologetic, and magickal. She said she would teach me to dance in my wildness again. Together, we would dance and create in the spirit of community, embracing our authentic selves.
This dream was a profound confirmation that the wildness I seek is not just something external but something already within me—waiting to be awakened. It reminded me of the words from Women Who Run with the Wolves, a book I’ve often returned to on my journey. Clarissa Pinkola Estés writes:
“This yearning causes us to search for Wild Woman and find her. It is not as hard as one might first imagine, for Wild Woman is searching for us too. We are her young.”
I had been searching for my wild self, but it was always there, calling to me, waiting for me to remember.
The Journey to Empowerment: From Wounded Priestess to Wild Queen
As I continue to embrace my journey, I’ve felt a deep shift within me—a growing dissonance with the “domesticated woman” role played by some of the women around me. I’ve watched women who define themselves by their relationships with men—women who find their worth in caretaking, in playing the role of the “perfect” wife, mother, or daughter. There’s a sense of limitation, of sacrifice, and of silence. It feels inauthentic. It feels small.
The princess archetype that society often forces women into is one of constant seeking, of never feeling “enough.” She is trapped in a cage, defined by others, never free to express her true, untamed essence.
But there is another way. The Queen knows she is enough. She is whole, liberated, and free. She does not seek validation from anyone outside herself. She understands that her true power comes from within. When she connects to her Source, to the very essence of who she is, everything falls into place.
This shift is not just about rejecting the roles that no longer serve us—it’s about choosing to embody our sovereignty and power, to align with our highest frequency. It’s about embracing the wildness that has always been part of us, and dancing to our own rhythm, free of shame or guilt.
Rebirthing into a Sovereign Woman
Through this journey of transformation, I have come to understand that the feminine power we have been taught to suppress is not just personal—it is collective. The Queens I met in my shamanic journey are calling us all to rise, to embody our royal codes and to activate deeper levels of sovereignty.
The healing I’ve received during Venus retrograde has been a profound catalyst, helping me shed old patterns, old timelines, and old wounds. I’ve let go of the wounded princess, the shadow mother, the victim-savior-drama triangle, and the betrayal matrix that have kept me small and fragmented for so long.
As I stand in this moment of rebirth, I feel the energy of the Queens surging through me, reminding me that I am not alone in this transformation. We are all rising together.
This is our time to reclaim our power, our sovereignty, and our wildness. This is the Age of Light, and we are being called to step into it. No longer will we shrink or hide. No longer will we let fear dictate our lives. The Wild Woman is not just a myth. She is real. She is us. And together, we will rise—unapologetic, free, and full of love.
A Call to the Wild Soul
To anyone who feels the yearning to reconnect with their true essence—know this: the Wild Woman is searching for you. She has always been within you. The journey to reclaim her might not always be easy, but it will be worth every step.
As you embrace your authentic self, as you awaken your inner Queen, you’ll discover that life flows with ease. Relationships will become harmonious. Abundance will manifest. And you will live in alignment with your deepest truth.
Let us step into the new, most authentic version of ourselves not with hesitation, but with the fierce, unstoppable energy of the Wild Woman. Let us claim our sovereignty. Let us dance with the wolves. Let us rise together.
